The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation of the inbound transfer. oyo88 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges for which oyo88 bears no responsibility.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned to the source and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.2 Withdrawals

oyo88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms, regardless of the cause of action or the form of the claim, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
oyo88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any real-money Balance (excluding unmet Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 14 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no fraudulent activity is under investigation. Where fraud is suspected, funds may be held for up to 180 days pending investigation.
